Charlotte started her career at Formlabs in its early days before unicorn status, where she wore many hats from engineering to product, from quality to regulatory. Her love for MedTech led her to the next role at SmileDirectClub. There she was the only woman leading a research team to build a novel digital solution for the profession more than 100 years old - dentistry, using industrial automation, AI, and materials science.
Charlotte loves to explore how to find the real pain points, and scale technology from the lab. Having seen the revolution in healthcare, she believes in digital transformation for more industries, and she is excited to meet entrepreneurs innovating at the intersection.
Charlotte holds an M.S. from Stanford University, and a B.S. from University of Michigan - Ann Arbor, both in Materials Science and Engineering.
