Jennifer Ewbank is a nationally recognized leader at the intersection of emerging technologies, cybersecurity, and geopolitical risk. She currently serves on several corporate and nonprofit boards, bringing decades of leadership experience in digital innovation, foreign intelligence, global partnerships, and public-private collaboration to the oversight of organizations operating in critical sectors.

Jennifer serves as an Independent Director with the Analysis and Resilience Center for Systemic Risk (ARC) and DarkOwl; a Strategic Advisor to Oracle’s Government, Defense, and Intelligence Division; and an Advisory Board member for Reality Defender, RealmOne, and other privately held companies.

Jennifer’s board and advisory roles draw on her experience as former Deputy Director of CIA for Digital Innovation, where she led one of the most ambitious modernization efforts in the agency’s history—including the stand-up of its first AI strategy, the integration of offensive and defensive cybersecurity approaches, and the expansion of international digital alliances.

Known for her clarity of judgment, bold decision-making, and ability to lead change across complex systems, Jennifer helps organizations navigate today’s most consequential technology and security challenges through Andaman Strategic Advisors, of which she is the founder.
