Olga Batygin is an AI and operations leader with 15+ years of experience bridging science and industry and helping organizations turn technical capability into reliable, adopted outcomes. She is Director of Strategic Philanthropy at XPRIZE, working in the Deep Tech and Exploration domain in support of breakthrough innovation.

Previously, Olga co-founded and led Lucinetic, launched in 2021 as an EdTech venture that evolved into a GeoAI platform applying conversational AI to geospatial workflows, culminating in the sale of the company’s core IP. She has worked at the intersection of science, industry, and mission-driven organizations, advising on AI product strategy, enterprise deployment, and human-centered technology transformation.

Known for translating between scientific, technical, and business stakeholders, Olga helps teams drive clear decisions, build trust, and move complex work forward. Her background spans biotech, academia, startups, consulting, and nonprofit innovation.
