Theresa brings a multidisciplinary background spanning fintech, enterprise operations, and strategic execution to Fusion Fund, where she drives firm-wide initiatives, portfolio enablement, and long-term growth strategy. Her work sits at the intersection of business design and execution to allow internal teams to operate with precision and impact.
Prior to joining, Theresa worked at Ripple Labs, where she advised and partnered with senior executives across RippleX and Ripple Payments (previously RippleNet) on cross-functional strategy, operational planning, and sales enablement. She led executive operating rhythms, shaped internal communications, and developed frameworks to align product innovation with market adoption. Her work helped Ripple scale its ecosystem, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen its position as a leader in blockchain-based financial infrastructure.
Earlier in her career, Theresa was an associate at J.P. Morgan, where she held roles across Kinexys by J.P. Morgan, treasury sales, finance and business management, and commercial card partnerships, supporting product strategies and enhancing client engagement across Fortune 500 and institutional clients.
Theresa is passionate about building systems that enable innovation at scale, whether through optimizing firm operations or empowering founders to grow efficiently and sustainably. She holds dual B.S. degrees in Economics (with High Honors) and Psychology, along with a Certificate in Markets and Management from Duke University.
