Investor Relations Associate
Vashe serves as an Investor Relations Associate at Fusion Fund, bringing an interdisciplinary background spanning neuroscience research, AI, and early-stage venture.
She began her career as a researcher at the UCLA Department of Neurology, contributing to a lab developing machine learning tools for epilepsy diagnosis. She then supported fundraising for an early-stage startup, gaining firsthand experience in how capital conversations are built from the operator side. She went on to serve as a Venture Guide for INSEAD's pilot AI Venture Lab, analyzing the technical potential, viability, and market positioning of early-stage startups across global markets. In this role, she served as the primary liaison between founders and the academic and industry stakeholders.
Vashe holds a B.S. in Biochemistry with a minor in Entrepreneurship from UCLA.
