Chi-Chao Chang is an independent board director at Otter.ai, a category leader in AI-powered meeting assistants. He also leads engineering at Indeed, all the AI applications, user experiences, matching, monetization, and AI platform for the job marketplace. He's shepherded Indeed through the new age of AI, shipping new AI experiences for job seekers and employers powered by Agents and LLMs and helping the teams reinvent how we build, test, and deploy systems with AI. Prior to Indeed, he served as CTO at GoFundMe and GroundTruth, and has had senior leadership roles at Meta and Yahoo. He is a certified board director from Stanford GSB and holds a PhD in Computer Science.
